RATES

Monthly Hookup

includes:
1 living quarter hook-up to water, electric and sewer
1 horse pen 25'x 50', with shade and automatic water
roping everyday - 3 hour minimum
2 horse limit

Cost: $1000/month

Family Plan
includes :
1 living quarter hook-up to water,electic and sewer
1 horse pen 25' X 50' with shade and automatic water
roping everyday - 3 hour minimum
2 horse limit

Cost: $1000.00

Extra person roping (immediate family): $200 a month
Extra horse: $100 a month

Weekly Clinics
includes:
hookup, horse pens, the clinic, plus additional roping
5 days per week with a seven day stay
Hot Heels, lots of steers
all runs videoed
one-on-one instruction

Cost: $1000 per week per roper

Daily Clinics

For Monthly Guests

Cost: $75 a day per person
(this is a 3 hour minimum time frame / 12PM - 3PM daily, and includes the lesson)
